Our bouncy castles can be installed on grass, turf, concrete, pavement, or indoor flooring. If your setup surface requires weighted sandbags instead of stakes, we will bring everything needed.

Yes, each bounce house requires a standard household outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. If power is not available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

Absolutely! All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized before and after each rental to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for your guests.

We offer a weather friendly cancellation policy. If heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions are forecasted, you may cancel or reschedule at no charge. Safety is always our top priority

Yes. Our bouncy castles are designed for children aged 3-12, with safety features such as mesh windows, soft landings, and secure anchoring. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Each inflatable has specific space requirements listed on our Rentals page. As a general rule, allow at least 3-5 feet of clearance on all sides for safety and equipment setup.

A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid through our website before delivery or on site at the time of delivery. We accept all major payment methods.

Yes, many local parks in Surrey, Delta, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, Abbotsford, Vancouver, and nearby areas allow inflatables. However, some municipalities may require a permit or proof of insurance- let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to help you with the process.

Please ensure the setup area is clear of debris, toys, pet waste, vehicles, and obstacles. We will also need adequate clearance to transport the bouncy castle through fences and gate entries so please reach out to us if your entry space is less then 3.5 feet wide. Our team will take care of everything else.
