Clear guidelines for safe, smooth, and reliable bouncy castle and bounce house rentals in Surrey, Delta,
Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, White Rock, Abbotsford, Vancouver, and surrounding areas
All bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of delivery
Standard rentals are full-day. Extended or multi-day rentals are available- contact us to arrange custom timing
Each bouncy castle requires adequate space for safe operation. Please refer to the dimensions listed on our Rentals page and ensure 3-5 ft of clearance on all sides
A responsible adult must supervise children at all times while the bounce house is in use. Our team is not responsible for supervision once setup is complete
We deliver throughout the Greater Vancouver area, including Surrey, Delta, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, White Rock, Abbotsford, Vancouver, and surrounding communities
Delivery, setup, and takedown are included with all rentals. Please ensure the setup area is clear of debris, vehicles, toys, and pet waste before our team arrives
Inflatables can be set up on grass, turf, concrete or pavement, and indoor flooring. If staking is not possible, we will use sandbags for safet
Each bouncy castle needs a standard electrical outlet within 100 ft. Generators can be rented if power is not available
For safety, we will not set up in heavy rain, winds above 25 km/h, thunderstorms, or unsafe ground conditions.
If weather conditions are unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule or cancel with no penalty.
All inflatables are fully cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized before every rental to ensure a safe and hygienic experience.
To ensure safety:
No flips or rough play
No shoes, food, drinks, or gum
No pets inside the inflatable
No climbing on walls, roofs, or outside surfaces
Damage caused by misuse may result in repair charges
If rain, wind, or unsafe conditions are forecasted, you may cancel or reschedule at no charge.
Customer and staff safety are always our priority
If you need to cancel for non-weather reasons, please contact us as soon as possible.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the notice period
Weallow one free reschedule per booking based on availability
Many parks in Surrey, Delta, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, White Rock, Abbotsford, Vancouver, and surrounding areas allow inflatables, but some require:
A park permit
Proof of insurance
Generator use (if no outlets are available)
Please confirm with your local city/park authority in advance. We can assist with required documentation
You are responsible for the bouncy castle while it is on your property or event site. Please ensure proper supervision and safe use
Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or prohibited activities may result in charges for repairs or replacement
Euphoric Events is fully insured; however, the renter assumes responsibility for ensuring all safety rules are followed during use
We value your privacy. Any personal information provided during the booking process is securely stored and never shared with third parties. All payments are processed through secure, PCI compliant systems (Stripe and/or Booqable).
