Welcome to Euphoric Events. By booking or renting any bouncy castle, bounce house, or inflatable
equipment from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By placing a reservation through our website, phone, or email, you agree to be bound by these
Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all rentals, deliveries, and services provided by Euphoric Events.
All inflatable rentals are provided for temporary use only. Ownership of all bouncy castles and
bounce houses remains with Euphoric Events at all times.
The renter agrees to:
Use the equipment only for its intended purpose
Follow all safety rules provided at delivery
Ensure proper adult supervision at all times
A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received
Full payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery
Prices include delivery, setup, and takedown within our standard service areas
All payments are processed securely
Euphoric Events will:
Deliver, set up, and secure the inflatable
Provide basic usage and safety instructions
Return to dismantle and remove the equipment
The renter must ensure:
Clear and accessible setup space
No obstacles, debris, pet waste, or vehicles in the setup area
A power source within 100 ft (or arrange a generator rental)
For safety reasons:
A responsible adult must supervise children at all times
No shoes, food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects inside inflatables
No flips, wrestling, or rough play
No pets inside the inflatable
Failure to follow safety rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
For safety, inflatables cannot be operated during:
Heavy rain
High winds (over 25 km/h)
Thunderstorms
Unsafe ground conditions
If weather conditions are unsafe, rentals may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty.
Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded
Non-weather cancellations will be subject to deposit forfeiture
One free reschedule is permitted based on availability
Please contact us as early as possible if changes are needed.
If renting for a park or public space, the renter is responsible for:
Obtaining required permits
Confirming park rules and power access
We can provide proof of insurance upon request.
The renter is responsible for the bouncy castle from the time of setup until pickup.
You agree to:
Accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety rules
Cover repair or replacement costs if damage occurs
Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Euphoric Events is not responsible for injuries resulting from:
Improper use
Failure to supervise
Weather conditions
Ignoring safety guidelines
By renting, you assume all risks associated with bounce house use.
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Euphoric Events from any claims, damages, or
liabilities arising from the use of rented equipment.
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for order fulfillment and communication.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
